Is this high mileage for a Qashqai?
Looking at a 2014 nissan qashqai 1.5 l diesel the mileage is 263932 km is this considered high milage

That is undoubtedly high mileage and is above average for sure. Nonetheless, if the price for the car is right and, more importantly, there is evidence that it has been maintained properly throughout the car's life, it shouldn't be a major concern.
