is this high mileage for a Focus?
Is 250 kilometres a lot of miles for a 08 ford focus

Not really — that’s 25,000km a year, which is bang on the average for a diesel-engined car (I’m assuming it’s a diesel). As long as it comes with a full service history and is in good condition, it should be OK, but make sure you check it over carefully.
