That is pretty high mileage right enough. Not necessarily a problem in itself but you'd need to make sure that it has a seriously good service history and that it comes with a decent warranty. In fact, as you're financing it, I'd say it's worth getting a second hand warranty to cover any major mechanical issues that come up.
