Is this clutch ok?
2014 Model Clutch Bite Point Extremely HIGH. Almost Foot Completely Off Pedal Before Any Movement/Motion !! Is That Normal Or Not ?? & If Not Can The Clutch Be Lowered ?? Rather Than Replaced ? Would Appreciate All & Any Advice U Can Provide !! Thank You With Kind & Best Regards. Ps. Told By 2nd Hand Sales Person It's Perfectly Fine & I'd Get Used 2 It But To Me Felt Dangerous & Questionable ?! Is It Normal ?? Thanking You In Advance !! Angela.

Without experiencing it for ourselves, that doesn't sound right. And without knowing the make and model of car, we can't offer any specific advice. It usually points to a worn clutch for sure, but there may be something up with the hydraulics that control the clutch if relevant as well. Best bet is to take it to a good mechanic to get their advice.
