Is this a fair price for my Mokka?
My 131,mokka went on fire it's gone completely insurance want to give 9275 which I have refused as I've priced them and they are not that price want is the value and I was also told to inform opal about what happened do I do that

Yes, that does seem a low price – every 2013 Mokka is worth at least €11,000. You would be well within your rights to contact Opel and tell them what is happening, as the bad publicity of a car catching fire will be something they will want to mitigate by being helpful. Try customer services in the first instance.
