Is there a new Golf on the way?
Hi, do you know is there a new Volkswagen Golf coming out soon? They appear to be maintaining their value very well. Weighing up buying a new one vs a second hand one at the moment.

Hi Becky,
No, the current Golf, the MkVII, was introduced at the back end of 2012 so we're only about half way though it's life-cycle now. There will probably be a mild mid-life update next year but otherwise it'll stay the same for another couple of years yet. Volkswage has some tempting PCP deals on new ones at the moment but you'll get better value if you go for a one- to two-year-old.
