It's not a bad car, though the Golf feels like a far better quality product. Saying that, the T-Roc has a much larger boot and has more space inside, so if those things matter more than the touchy-feely materials in the cabin, it's the one to go for. I'd recommend you go test drive one for yourself and then take a good look around for what else you could get for the same money. If you come back to us with your budget, whether you're going used or new, your annual mileage and your seating needs (i.e. do you need to fit kids in?), we can advise you on whether the T-Roc is a good choice for you.
