Is the quattro A3 less economical?
Hi, thinking of buying a 09 Audi A3 quattro TDI 2.0-litre diesel; any idea if I'll be crucified on fuel doing standard amount of miles 1k a month?

No, you won’t be. The front-drive A3 2.0 TDI easily cracks the 50mpg barrier, and the quattro version will only be 2-3mpg behind it in daily driving.
