Is the new 181 Nissan deal fair?
I have made contact with two Nissan dealers to trade my 141 car for a new 181/191 Qashqai. One dealer is doing the 181/191 offer the other is not. The difference in my trade in was €1,500 with the dealer offering the deal giving me a lower trade in. The reason is that the new car discount is not being given under the 181/191 deal. Is this fair?

Well, it’s kind of up to you to decide whether it’s fair or not, but think of it like this — the dealer who is doing the deal is offering to give you a brand new car in January 2019 at no trade-up cost, which is probably worth a good deal more than €1,500, so it sounds fair enough to us.
