Is the Hyundai ix35 any good?
Hi Nicky,
Pretty good really. Hyundai has built up an enviable reputation and the best part is that all but the oldest ix35s will still be under their original manufacturer's warranty. You do need to watch the electrics though, especially parking sensors, the stereo and the starter-button (if fitted with keyless go). Also watch the interior quality as some of the earlier cars had some poor cabin fixtures and fittings. They can also be a good bit thirstier than you expect, especially the early 2.0-litre models. Budget for no better than 40mpg.
