Is the Highway code right?
Hi according to the latest highway code L drivers are allowed on Duel carriage ways but where i live in wales ( conwy ) the road signs on A55 states no moterbikes under 50 cc and no learner drivers. i ask this question as i have a 125cc bike on CBT and l plates and a full car licence,can i go on with my bike or is the highway code wrong ? kind regards chris

The road signage should be obeyed. The Highway Code is the standard set of rules, but there are always exceptions.
