As the new Discovery Commercial is based on the civilian Land Rover Discovery 5, the only known problem is a tendency for their diesel particulate filters (DPFs) to self-clean more often than is usual, which can lead to more frequent oil-servicing trips. It's quite a new vehicle, still, so most things will be covered under warranty and we don't have a proper gauge of its reliability as yet.
