It has robust and simple mechanicals, so they shouldn’t be too much of an issue, but owners do report problems with their Sandero Stepways. They’re typically electrical maladies, but, sadly, a recent owner satisfaction survey in the UK suggested owners ranked the Stepway as one of the most unreliable new cars on sale – as it finished in absolute last position in the survey.
