Is my Astra worth anything?
I've a 00D opel Astra that the head gasket is gone. Body of car and everything else is prefect. Looking to get rid of it. Any ideas if I can get money for it or how to get rid of it ?

Well, if you can get it running long enough to drive it onto a dealer forecourt there are a number of so-called ‘scrappage’ offers still out there against new cars. If that’s not a runner, then it’s time to break out the Golden Pages and start looking for local breakers’ yards. If the car’s in good nick you might get a few Euro for the parts, but it won’t be much to be honest.
