Every vehicle is different so you'll have to judge it yourself. In general, Hyundais are very reliable, but even so you should be looking for a detailed service history to ensure that it has been maintained properly. Ideally have it inspected by someone that knows what they are looking at and test drive other examples of the same car so you know what a good one feels like.

Finally, as the mileage is so high, you really should be getting the car for a much lower price. You can't expect perfection so balance potential maintenance costs with the savings made on purchase.
