Hyundai has a good reputation for quality and reliability, so that's a good start. With that sort of mileage, I'd be looking for a detailed service history showing evidence of regular oil and filter changes in particular. Other than that, you'd expect to be getting the car for a lower-than-average price of course to help offset any likely imminent maintenance bills.
