SUV stands for Sport Utility Vehicle, which is the American way of saying 'off-roader' or '4x4' that we've adopted here. Many Irish people still refer to them as Jeeps, even though Jeep is a brand in its own right.

SUVs can be commercial vehicles, but not all of them are. Sellers will usually specify if it's a commercial in their advert.
