Is a used Cross Polo a good buy?
Thinking of getting a volkswagen cross polo 1.2 tsi. I do approx 20,000km each year and the majority of my driving is in a town. I'm a young woman in mid 20s. Is this a good pick for me? Was also considering a fiesta titanium or hyundai i30. Thanks

Hi Roisin,
The Polo 1.2 TSI sounds ideal for the kind of mileage and driving you’re doing, but I’d steer away from the Cross Polo, as it’s a bit of a waste of money — there’s no SUV ability in the car, it just has some stuck-on plastic bits so if they’re asking more for it than for a conventional Polo, tell them they’re having a laugh. The Fiesta is also a very good choice, but the i30 is really in a different bracket — it’s a much bigger car, more a rival for the Golf and Focus - and hence more impressive overall and more spacious..
