Is 200,000 miles too much on a 2011 E-Class Mercedes 2.1 diesel? Do these engines give trouble with injectors etc?

No, you should be fine, but only buy it if it comes with a verifiable history and a full (and preferably Mercedes-Benz main dealer) service record. If it’s been maintained in some back-street garage, or if there are any service stamps missing, then walk away.
