As far as we’re aware, this can’t actually be done — once a car has been registered to a county, it stays that way until it's scrapped or exported. There was a proposal some years ago to allow people to change the registration from one county to another, but the suggested €250 was felt to be too expensive for a process that very few people would ever want to do. I’m afraid we don’t have a system on the website that allows you to search for cars with a specific county registration so all I can suggest you do is search for 162 Skoda Octavias and check the photos to see what reg each car is.
