I have a hyundai i20 2017 and i am confused about tyre pressure for front and rear on the plate on the passenger door it says 34psi in front tyres and 31psi in back my tyre size is 195/55R 16 87H I would have thought it was the same all round.
Hi John,
Not necessarily. If a car is nose-heavy (as many front-wheel-drive cars with their engines in the front are) then the front may need higher pressures. Either way, the car companies know what they're talking about so it's best to stick with the posted pressures.
