I'd like an auto Toyota for €4,000.
I want a Toyota car preferably Corolla , auris or yaris with auto transmission, for family of four and a budget of 4,000 Euros

You should be able to get something like a 2008 Yaris auto for that sort of mileage, and Corollas will also be in budget, but also consider the Prius, which is a slightly larger car and perhaps better suited to family life.
