I'd like a stylish new automatic car
I'm looking to trade in an automatic 2007 Renault Mégane Cabrio. Which new automatic cars (has to be automatic because I am disabled) around a 1.6-litre engine do you think might be worth looking at?

Right, first thing is to get the engine capacity out of your mind. Everyone’s going for down-sized turbo engines now and the great news is that these are much nicer to drive – more responsive, more economical. If you’ve got a Mégane cabrio now, I’m guessing you fancy something stylish so how about a Volkswagen Beetle with a 1.2 TSI turbo petrol engine and the DSG automatic gearbox for €26,255? Something a little more sporty to drive? How about a MINI Cooper 1.5 Turbo with the eight-speed ZF automatic gearbox? Yours for €23,990.
