Hello I have recently moved back to Ireland where is my home residence , I brought my English van home snd I want to sell it in Ireland with English plates , because it’s a commercial van I was not able to get excemption for vrt customs and vat , if an irish resident wants to buy the van and border the van themselves what is the process in selling the van to them with transfer of ownership from me to them with paperwork
