There aren't many cars that fit your brief, unfortunately, and anything "high" is likely to be in the SUV style. The Hyundai Kona Electric is a good option, for example. The MG ZS is another, though that's probably bigger than you're looking for.

Saying all that, you should really check out the Renault Zoe for size. It's a compact car on the outside, but it has quite a raised and high-up driving position so it might well be what you need.
