Hello, we are thinking of relocating to Ireland from the uk. I would like to bring my 2004 landrover td5 110 with us, what sort of Road tax or other tax would we incur?

Assuming you've had the car more than six months and that you can prove that and your residence in the UK, you should have minimal costs to re-register the car in Ireland, though you do have to do that.
Annual motor tax for pre-2008 cars is determined by engine size. Your 2,495cc Defender falls into the 2,401-2,500cc category, which costs €1,080 per annum.
