I want a Hyundai or Ford LCV.
I want to purchase a 5 seat commercial vehicle anywhere from 2013-2016, possibly Hyundai or ford.

Sadly, neither Hyundai nor Ford currently make a five-seat commercial version. Only the Toyota Land Cruiser, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Land Rover Discovery and Mitsubishi Pajero are currently sold as five-seat commercials, but you could look into buying a passenger version and having a conversion done.
