I think I'm paying motor tax arrears...
I bought my car privately but there's arrears on the motor tax I taxed my car for 3 months it was €56 but I had to pay €76 I taxed it online How do I stop paying the arrears for my motortax

Motor tax arrears is supposed to be wiped out when a car officially changes hands, so you should not be liable for any arrears before you took ownership. If in any doubt, give your local motor tax office a call to discuss. The contact details are all online here.
