I need to tow a horse box.
I need a car/vehicle with 4 seats that can tow a horse box. Preferably with commercial tax rate. What do you recommend

I’d recommend either a Honda CR-V (either current or old-shape, but make sure you get a four-wheel drive version) or a Subaru – either the Outback estate or the Forester SUV. All three have decent towing capacities and all three are comfortable and ruggedly reliable.
