We hate to be the bearers of bad news, but… what you’re asking for just isn’t possible, we’re afraid. Almost all vehicles that can properly fit three child seats across the second row of the cabin are seven-seat machines and – not only that – but they’re relatively new, meaning they’re way above the budget you’ve set. For €3,500, you’re going to be looking at much older family cars from the early 2000s and so on, which will not have ISOFIX fittings and which might still not fit three kids’ seats across the second row anyway.

Now, it is sometimes possible to squeeze three seats in to a normal car, but it really does depend on the size of the car seats, and please do make sure there's no way they can be unbuckled accidentally as they're so close together. The only way to know if a car will fit your seats is to physically bring them along with you to a dealer and try them out.
