You need a used minibus. Realistically, the only vehicles we can think of with anything like that number of seats on board are the van-based MPVs, like the Ford Tourneo Custom or the Opel Vivaro. But these are both, usually, nine-seaters at most. Ford does do bus versions of the Transit with more than nine seats, but they’re not easy to find. Good luck!
