It depends on the size of car you want, but if you mean a family hatchback then the Toyota Auris and Nissan Pulsar are the best for legroom in the back. Go up a size, to family saloons, and you’ve got several leg-stretching options with the Ford Mondeo, Mazda6 and, especially, the Skoda Superb being the best ones.
