Thinking of buying a i40. Is it the best car In that range or what would you advise? I need an automatic and diesel model.

Hi Laura,
It’s an excellent car – very economical, hugely comfy and nice to drive. Worth looking also at the Kia Optima (same mechanical bits but with a different, arguably more handsome body) or of course the usual suspects of Ford Mondeo, Toyota Avensis and Volkswagen Passat.
