That’s a robust budget for a supermini and you can buy excellent examples of all of the following for up to €13,000, with less than 80,000km showing: your mention of the Ford Fiesta is fine, because it’s an excellent car; as direct comparators, also look at the SEAT Ibiza and Peugeot 208; for a more practical alternative, there’s the Skoda Fabia; and if you want a premium badge, both the MINI Hatch and the Audi A1 should fall into your reach.
