I am coming from India to live...
I am coming to Ireland to join as a medical staff from India. Is it necessary international licence for driving and buying a car.. Is there any other docs like driving extract, need apart from my Full Driving Licence india

All of the above is correct, though you don't technically need any driving licence to buy a car. Also, please note that your Indian licence will be accepted in Ireland for a period of 12 months after your first date of arrival. If you are moving here, or planning on being here longer, then you will have to obtain an Irish licence.
