You can change the distance units to km in the Settings menu, accessed via the button on the edge of the speedometer. Rotate this to access the menu and press it to choose items. Look for the Units menu, then Dist./Fuel then choose the km units. However, we don't believe this will allow you to show the speed in km/h. Give it a go.

We'd expect there to be km/h markings on the speedometer as well as mph though.
