Best way to do it is to have a full valet on the interior, which isn’t cheap but which will do a much better job of removing interior odours than trying to mask the smell with air fresheners. However, you might want to look into why there is a bad smell; is there water leaking into the car and making the carpets damp, for instance? Or has some errant food become lodged in a hard-to-spot location and is now decomposing? Even a full clean won’t keep the smell away if there’s something that needs to be fixed/addressed.
