How to get Bluetooth on my Passat?
I currently have a rcd 310 radio in my 09 Passat cc. The Bluetooth function doesn’t connect to my phone nor do the steering wheel Bluetooth functions work. I looked under both seats for the Bluetooth module but can’t find one. Is it possible there was never a Bluetooth module and I have to buy one separately? Or would I be better to buy a rns 510 radio etc? Thanks for any help

Hi Sean,
From what we can recall, the Bluetooth module was an option on the RCD310. You can fit an RNS510 but it may need the same module, plus all the wiring to fit and the coding. So if you can find the module to go with the RCD310, on eBay or similar, it’ll probably work out cheaper.
