The PIN is usually on the renewal notice sent by the Motor Tax office. If you don't have that, then it depends on whether it's a new or used car. For a used car that has been taxed in Ireland before the PIN is the last six digits of the Vehicle Registration Certificate. For a new or imported vehicle, it's the last six digits of the chassis number shown on the RF100 form.
