First place we'd try is the main screen on the dashboard. Look for the Settings option, then check both the Display and the General options, looking for something likely to be labelled "units". It should be under there. If you have any difficulty, I suggest you quickly call the dealer that sold you the car, as they will know it better than anyone else.
