How to categorise a vehicle as commercial?
My husband bought a Citroen berlingo it was previously taxed private he wants to tax in commercial does he have to own a business or will a pps no do

Hi Emer,
He does have to prove to Revenue that he is operating the van for commercial reasons. A PPS number alone won't do that, so I suggest he contacts your local motor tax office to talk through the options.
