How reliable are the citroen picasso cars second hand?
Hi Eileen,
Citroen doesn’t have the greatest reputation for reliability but, in truth, that is probably founded on some of its much older cars (1960s, 1970s and 1980s), which were technologically advanced – hence there was more on them to go wrong. The Picasso, always designed as a family car and a vehicle that was relatively simple in design, is a dependable machine; provided the example you are looking at has a solid service history and is in good physical condition, you should be OK to purchase a second-hand Picasso.
