Not too shabby actually. The Mito is basically a Punto in disguise and the Punto is a reasonably robust car. The Mito's only failings seem to be the usual Alfa electrical glitches so make sure all the buttons and dials work properly. The air conditioning can throw an occasional spanner too so check to make sure that's working.
