We’re afraid this query will be next to impossible to answer accurately without more information – what engine, what spec, what mileage, what condition and so on. What we can say is 2012 Mondeos are worth anything from €5,000 to €13,500; while 2016 Mondeos are €15,000 to €28,000. So you’re looking, at best, at having to find at least €1,500 to upgrade, if you get top price for your 2012 Mondeo and pay bottom money for a 2016 example.
