How much to trade in my older Golf for a newer one?
Hi How much could I expect on a trade in on '08 Golf 1.9 GT TDI 220K km .Timing belt/flywheel/clutch/water pump all recently replaced. NCT til 2018. PMO Would hope to invest in a 2012/2013 equivalent. Appreciate your opinion.

I'd say you're probably looking at around €7,000 as a trade in. The 2010-2012 Golf, the MkVI, is beltingly good and you'll notice a massive improvement in both economy and (particularly) refinement with the 2.0-litre TDI engine.
