How much to trade for a newer Polo?
Hi, I have a Ford Fiesta Black 1.25cc 2010 year petrol, with €4000 finance still on it. I’m looking to trade it for a 2012 VW polo 1.2 Diesel which I have been agreed finance. The value with a trade in is €7500 I got offered €3000 for my car, how much would I still have to pay roughly?

Well, with €4,000 still to pay off your own car, if you’ve been offered €3,000 for it, then you’ll have to clear the finance balance of €1,000, and then add on the €7,500 for the 2012 Polo. €8,500 in all.
