How much to tax a 1.9 D-Max privately?
Hi I’m looking to buy a 171 1.9 litreD Max and have no vat number just wondering how much it would cost to tax it privately or would your ppsn number cover you to tax it commercially

To tax it privately, it'll be €673 a year.
Aside from that, you don't technically need a VAT number to use a vehicle as a commercial, but you will need to be able to prove that it is being uses exclusively for the purposes of your business. The PPSN alone is unlikely to do that either. Get in touch with your local motor tax office to talk your circumstances through with someone there.
