It depends entirely on when the car was registered. If it was pre-2008 and not an import and the engine capacity is between 1,501- and 1,600cc then it's €514 a year. If it's between 1,601- and 1,700cc it's €544 a year.

If the car is newer than that then the rate depends on the car's official CO2 emissions rating.
