OK, so the Tiguan should be worth around €24,000 to €25,000, while that BMW will cost in the region of €35,000. On the face of it, then, you’re looking like you’re going to need to find €10,000 or €11,000, but bear in mind that if you trade the VW in for the BMW, you’ll get less for your Tiguan on part-ex and the gap will be bigger; more like €13,000-€14,000.
