I think you mean the E-Class? Only, the 2010 S-Class was never offered with a 2.2 diesel. Neither was the E-Class, come to that. It actually used Merc's 2.1-litre unit, and the E 220 badge means that it's the 170hp version. You should be able to pick one up for around €21-23,000.
